Partnerships

The Royal Institute works with a diverse network of partners across the public, private, and international development space. These partnerships are central to its mission of strengthening leadership, governance, and institutional performance across Africa.

UNESCO International Geoscience and Geoparks Programme (IGGP)

We have commenced partnership with the Nigeria National Committee of the UNESCO IGGP toward the possible recognition of Zuma Rock and the adjoining geosites as geoheritage features of local and international importance. As part of these efforts, there is ongoing consideration of transforming the Zuma Rock Resort into a National Geopark, with a focus on supporting geoheritage conservation.

Government

The Institute works closely with government institutions and public sector leaders to enhance governance effectiveness, policy execution, and leadership capacity.

Its engagements support decision-making processes, institutional alignment, and long-term public sector performance through structured programmes, diagnostics, and strategic advisory.

Institutions

The Royal Institute partners with corporate organisations, development partners, and foundations to address complex institutional challenges.

These partnerships focus on improving organisational performance, strengthening leadership systems, and delivering sustainable outcomes through tailored programmes and strategic engagement.

Networks

The Institute collaborates with reform-oriented organisations, professional networks, and international missions to foster shared learning and collective impact.

By working across networks, the Institute helps connect ideas, people, and institutions—enabling cross-sector collaboration and the exchange of insights that drive meaningful transformation.
